I feel your pain, this has happened to orders i shipped to customers plenty of times. The tracking number states that it has arrived, and needs to be picked up, so i write the buyers on ebay, including email, and if they don't respond, or pick up the item, i usually request additional shipping cost in order for me to ship the item back out to them, so i won't lose any profits, but that's just what i do.
