Selling jerseys on ebay... how?

I have been selling jerseys now that I acquire through DHgate. Ebay closed my first account last month after I provided invoice for the purchases/id/etc.. and now e-bay has just suspended my second account for the same reason.. My feedback is really good one account had 45 positive with 4.8-5.0 DSR. Other was 33 feedback with same 4.9 -5.0 DSR.

I don't understand how all these other people who are selling the jerseys that I sell and get them from the same factory that I do are still selling them. Some of these sellers have 10000+ feedback... Do they sell other items then once they reach a certain point of feedback then sell the jerseys??

Is there anything I can do? Do I need to make an invoice from a company based in the USA and fax that in? Should I just try to buy an account that has seller feedback and already past the new account stages?

I'm giving you the reply that other posters of the same topic ask the same question.

1. Jerseys are highly regulated.
2. We can't help you sell foo foo items.

How do you know your competitors get their stuff from the same place as you do?
10000+ feedback and good rating perhaps tells us that their stuff are legit unlike yours.

And just to set the matter clear here... this forum is to help people who are victimized unjustly by eB and PP. Not to help people get away with things...
