I cannot list more item on 30th December and I got email from eBay as shown below

In order to maintain the security of eBay trading platform, we noticed
that your account has generated an excessive amount of dissatisfaction
among buyers who transacted with you. We are regretful to inform you
that your account has been full restricted for the high percentage of
“bad buyer experience”.

A bad buying experience can be reflected from one or more of the factors
highlighted below:

- Feedbacks from buyer:negative/ neutral feedback;

- DSR rating: low detailed seller rating in Item not As Described,
Communication, Shipping time or Shipping and Handling Charges

- Disputes: Item Not Received dispute /Significantly Not As Described
dispute.

Bad Buyer Experience count is based on all global buyers you have had
transactions with. For example, even though you only list on the US site
transactions with a buyer EU that resulted in bad buyer experience will
also count.

Once you have received any of the above-mentioned response from your
buyer(s), your account performance is affected and if the situation is
serious, this can lead to consequences like account suspension.

What should I do to be able to sell more item. I have improved everything from last november.


Last month til now I got about 100 Positive feedback without negative and neutral. No open case.

Now in total I got Feedback of about 450 with 3 negative and 4 Neutral which is 99.3%
The bad feedbacks are from mid of last year wil last november.

My DSR is as following


Low DSR
--------------------------------------------------------------
item as described 1
communication 4
dispatch time 8
postage charge 6

Average DSR -> 4.91, 4.83, 4.79, 4.83 which is considered "above standard"

This is full restriction. I contacted ebay she they said they cannot do anything about it because it's evaluated by a robot (automatic system). It will check every 7 days of my first date of restriction. If I meet the requirment, it will remove the restriction automatically. However it's 7 days pass but it's still limited.

at the end of last November I wrote down my DSR and feedback.
My low DSR are 0 3 6 4 and feedback is 9.2%

It means since 1st December til now I got more low DSR of 1 1 2 2 from selling about 200 units. I don't know if it's too many when compare with the quantity I sold or the feedbacks I received so that they put restriction on my account.



What should I do about it or what I can do is only to wait until my feedback and DSR rating is increase? I don't know who is the one who give out this rule. This is so stupid. Don't allow member to sell and expect them to improve their selling performance????

Thats why you should always have multiple stealth accounts ready to list, just make some more.

There is no reason to have DSR scores that low. Regardless of having multiple accounts you should look at your business model and make some changes otherwise it is just going to happen again and again.

Agree with Cardo - your seller ratings are low - why? That is the first issue to be dealt with on your end to avoid future problems. Account is pretty bad - go for new.

Sorry guys. I typed my DSR rating wrong. They are actually 4.91, 4.83, 4.79, 4.83.

Could you please comment again what is going wrong with my account so I can improve the right part.

Hey Maprod,I have got the same problem as you just now.I am banging my head against a brick wall trying to get them to understand.I have even had an email from them saying it was because of a technical glitch and that it was fixed but it wasn't.I have been on a year,over 500 feedback,1 neg and 4 neutral all over 3 months ago and have similar DSR's to you.I am wondering did you have any luck getting your account back and if so what did you do?Hope to hear from you soon with good news.Thanks man!

I have the same problem with one of my accounts right now. Did anyone ever get this lifted automatically after a certain time period?

It seemed to fix itself when I got my weekly seller performance update and then a few days later it happened again and then fixed itself again.It has been fine for over 2 months now (touch wood) Good luck man

I Find that the key to keeping your DSR high is not just to list the profit makers but to also list small items that you can at least break even on.As the feedbacks pour in the small dollar items are the ones that balance the system. My system is simple for every item i list for profit I will list at least 5 low radar items.Its a numbers game just learn how to play and use it to your advantage.
