A buyer left me a good feedback two weeks ago and now he is telling me he think the item is not as good as it seems 2 weeks ago and he want to open a case for a refund. I think there is a trick on this and want your opinion on how to manage this case. In my auctions you have 3 days to issue a return but it has been 2 weeks and he left me good feedback, by the way the item in question is a iphone cover so....... What do you think I should do?

A trick for a iphone cover that cost very little? Gimme me a break.
If as it is likely the cover is not the real item, then refund at once.
That way you keep the feedback & dont have ebay/paypal looking at your account.
Put it down to the cost of doing business.
here's another hint. If the items are not 'real', find a better supplier
It is an inexpensive cover so I guess is the real item. What is suspicious here is that he left me good feedback and then 2 weeks later he is asking me for a refund. Can he get a refund even if he left me good feedback?
I'm not sure if this is universal across all countries but in the USA even buyers that leave good feedback can open an ebay buyer's protection claim and also a dispute in paypal as long as the transaction is less than 45 days old.
I lost my powerseller status because I had 4 ebay cases opened against me. I'd just refund the buyer and be done with it. If it is an expensive item, then push to have them return it first.
