Couple of month ago ebay wanted me to verify myself for me selling so they limited my account to selling but I could still buy things and thats what I used that account for and its still up and running now my question is could I link a new ebay account to the pay pal account that I had linked to that ebay account would ebay see that or would they care sence I never did send in the documents that they ask for .

Eb ay sees a lot and while a new account would last for a bit, they will shut you down - just matter of time in my opinion - that time can be long or short. But why risk
