stealth accounts outside US

Why is not anyone on here selling stealth accounts from outside US? I live in europe and would be interested in a european stelth account. Wouldnt it be easier because of the SSN for americans? Something im missing? Thanks!

i tried to create one in Germany, and couldnt finish because they asked for all docs, verification etc. :-(
what country were you thinking?

im thinking sweden. they asked for ids and stuff and thats what stopped you?
