Well yes that would be ideal. Sadly I didn't think about this a year or so ago and filed my taxes normally and didn't realize I had gone up so high with all the accounts combined. Although the law wasn't in effect until 2011. Should I worry about 2010 or is there something I can do?

Just deal with 2011 and if they come back and haunt you about 2010 then you can deal with it then. I would not worry about anything personally until 2011 and after. BUT just understand that they can look and find it.
