I never buy cell phones from unreputable sellers anymore on Egay. First they screw you with a DOA phone. Then they screw you a second time by not refunding back your money.
One of the sellers even accused me of swapping out his phone with a defective one and told me "sale is final, no refunds and keep the sh*t" . I went ahead and returned it back to the return address anyways.
Always get that Pa yPal dispute in before the 45th day arrives.
