Serve is brand new, and sounds very interesting. I am still checking it out, reading the agreements and such. It doesn't sound like a merchant service, as much as a money transferring service from what I've read so far. I am looking for further information on Limits. If anyone knows more on this, definitely add your two cents I can tell you one thing, NO WAY will ebay allow it as a payment processor!
While reading reviews, I came across a comment from one writer that said, "If the fees, platform, and mobile are all the same, or do the same as pa*pal, WHY would anyone want to switch?" HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Legal
