Got a wrong Address of shipping from eBay

Hello,

I sold an item on eBay, the address I got from email notification of sale is different from what it shows in my ebay "Order Details"

Item sent, signed and delivered. Now buyer opened a dispute and says that item is delevered to wrong address.

What should I do now?

The address I got from email is

Suite 9212
Cullowhee, NC 28723
USA

but Order Details under My Ebay it says

310 Arlington Ave Unit 220
charlotte NC, 28203-4377 US

Well if you ship an item to ANYWHERE other than what PayPal specifies, then you are at risk to a "item not received" dispute.

Where did the email originate from prior to shipment?

It was eBay which sent me that email, the mail which notifies you of a new sale.
