Charged for store subscription even if I cancelled it!
Hello,
I have opened my store on 25th march and closed it on 9th april. Yet, on my new invoice I am being charged BOTH for the 15th March/14th April AND Apr 15th-May 14th 30-day subscription fee periods.
In other words, I closed my store and I have been charged (pro-rated) for the following month even if the invoice date was *after* my unsubcription.
The girl at the live chat said that for the 15th May invoice I will get a credit for the 9th April/14th May period.
My fear is that I keep being charged monthly subscription fees over and over even if I have closed my store.
My question is: has anyone experienced the same and in fact I will get the credit on the next invoice? I had never heard of e B a y charging for a monthly subcription fees after the store's closure.
