category that you can list without offering paypal
Hi Guys.
Does any body know of any category in ebay uk that you can use so you don't have to offer paypal. I know of one in germany but not uk or europe. Any help would be good.
This is so i can send the paypal invoice without it being linked to ebay and stop the 21 day hold
Any ideas please
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Go to 'sell an item'. Click 'Browse Categories'. In categories scroll down to 'EVERYTHING ELSE'. Now 'Test Auctions'. Now 'Attributes10_Test' and continue. This will bring you to a classified listings sellers page.
You list a buy it now price BUT there is no option for a buyer to purchase the item from you. There is only an option for a buyer to contact you with purchase request/question. It's really nifty because when the buyer contacts you eBay gives you their question/concern etc...along with their preferred contact number. Mostly it's a mobile number...so one text/call and you have yourself a connection with someone interested in your item and you can take payment any which way you agree to.
It's like Gumtree - but with a much bigger audience.
VERO items are still under the same rules - so be careful with what you list AND...be nice to everyone because it seems that the classified Ad listing only needs one stiff complaint and it's pulled down.
:DThank you again guys. Would be good to know if there is any way round it in europe as there are a few sites there. Its just that every time i take a paypal payment with the listing the paypa gets limited !!!! so i know it is better to take the payment outside of ebay.
No my accounts are in there own users but it seems that at the min any new account with paypal they are limiting me when a payment goes in. Well not when the payment hits its when i try to either spend the payment or withdraw get limited.
Its a big problem could be the paypal in this country i don't know.:D
I don't list in spain as the spanish are really bad buyers. they are not so hot here to sell to so it is much better to list on othere ebays i have found. Have been on ebay for years but as all of us trying to keep one step ahead which is getting much harder.
If you go to ebay.es you will see the items don't get so much
