Unhappy Open a second case on ebay

I've a problem with an item i've sold on ebay. The buyer purchased it for mistake and sent me an email explaining the situation. I agree with him and i've opened a case for canceling the transaction to avoid any fees. But when i open the case, the buyer for mistake declined it, so i can't cancel the transaction. Now i can't open any new case (cancel transaction or report an unpaid item).

What should i do now?? Don't want to pay those annoying fees for an item that i don't have the payment...

Thanks

I had almost the same exact situation once.

I had to get my final value fee credited through eBay chat.

Not fun for the U.S. sellers as their wait times are sometimes as long as 2 hours.

That chat that you are talking about is "Emma"? Isn't that a robot or something like that?

Lucky you tgmt squared ha - i had this happen and eb ay refused to do anything about it.

That's why I ALWAYS advocate for unpaid cancelling - fug it.

Just proves again that most ebay buyers are mildly retarded, and you have to treat them like 5 year olds
