Hi guys, was wondering if someone can help.

I got a new account from one of the sellers here, all verified. Then i waited a day and listed a single common house hold item for $20. Within hours, my list was removed and i got hit with MC010.

Then i called customer service and it went pretty smoothly, the guy said it's all fine now my account will be reinstated and my listing will be auto listed again.

That was 12 hours ago, i have yet to see an email from ebay saying my account has been reinstated or my item relisted.

Does anyone know how long it takes? How long did you guys take before you get the email saing MC010 has been resolved?

thanks

If you never got confirmed, i think even the smallest discrepancy now will trigger it. You might as well just get it over with, it's a 1 shot deal and not that difficult. It's better to do it now and fail then after building up the account then fail and lose all that work.

My account recently got suspended/restricted and they asked for a government issued id and a credit card statement. I faxed them the credit card statement, but I don't have a driver's license or passport (never took the driving test, never been outside of the country), so I don't know what to send them!! They denied my student ID but accepted my credit card statement. I'm finger tips away from getting my account back!! Any help?

You could phone them and say Birth certificate - depending on your age.

Don't think so - mc999 tends to still mean that you have been linked to previous activity.
