Virtual Visa to buy from eBay?

Hello everyone,

I recently got a Virtual Visa card. I've already identified a couple of items I want to buy including a couple on eBay. From my research I've found it's impossible to use to buy eBay items. That true?

So I have a legitimate verified Paypal account linked to my bank account. I was wondering if there's any way I can use the funds on the card to purchase eBay items using my verified Paypal. Any way to do this?

Sure you can - depends on the card but put it into your credit card info then use it to fund your pp purchases.

It looks like the Virtual Visa I have does not have AVS so it never goes through when I try to pay with it.

I've tried adding it to my verified paypal, but it charges a small amount to the card and asks me to lookup the PIN in the charge description however I don't have access to the statements for this visa gift card. -___-

Any ideas?

Is there is a support/customer-lack of service email?

Was the card from issuers in India?

Was there a time to use the card (that may now have passed)

So many questions, so much unknown

Gift cards need to be registered before making online purchases, you do that by going to the website the card came from and that's where you can find the expuse code when you check your balance.

Yup, no idea who to contact... I looked up the BIN and didn't find any corresponding contact information.

Issued from a Russian Bank.

Issued only a week ago. Expires in a month or two.

Unfortunately the VISA came from a sketchy Russian site. I've already used it successfully at sites that don't require AVS, but Paypal does so I can't use it at any websites that use Paypal as a CC processor.
