| notspen | 06-02-2011 11:57 AM | Ebay Resolutions Center & Seller Refunds Policies based on a conversation with the Ebay resolution conter regarding a buyer who contacted me, the seller after 48 hours and never described the problem with the item, just returning it and demanding a refund instead. This broke my policy, which was to make sure that no one had the phone long enough to be damaged and then returning the phone unusable. The rep from Ebay resolution said that "Ebay does not take seller's refund policies into account when considering refunds". UNBELIEVABLE. |
