Default Ebay Resolutions Center & Seller Refunds Policies

based on a conversation with the Ebay resolution conter regarding a buyer who contacted me, the seller after 48 hours and never described the problem with the item, just returning it and demanding a refund instead. This broke my policy, which was to make sure that no one had the phone long enough to be damaged and then returning the phone unusable. The rep from Ebay resolution said that "Ebay does not take seller's refund policies into account when considering refunds". UNBELIEVABLE.

The problem is that too many sellers return policies are against the law - who should Ebay support in that case? If you don't like the law petition your congressman.

Ebay/Paypal is to always side with the seller. Unless the sale happens off ebay, then they protect the paypal account that generates the most income for them.

Example, I sell an item on ebay seller claims not as describe they keep item and get their money back.
I buy item from big China seller off their own website. Item defective, send them pics, they want me to fix and send them bill. Nobody fix ⊗⊗⊗⊗ iphone. Start claim on paypal, send them pics. They find in sellers favor.
