Cool Top Rated Stealth Account?
I already have paypal, but all of my stealth accounts keep asking me to verify identity without government ID, don't have:(

Any ideas to get around this verify ID?

Did you buy the Stealth Book? If you are kept on getting slapped with ID verification, you are definitely doing something wrong.
