There is NO WAY they have maintained a 99.7% positive feedback rating with enough good DSR's to make them a Top Rated Seller.

eBay must be giving them special treatment.

For the amount of sales + revenue they do in a month - I would give them special treatment for sure.

Exactly. It's the same in the UK. One of the big shoes sellers here, last year messed up big time and listed/auctioned over a thousand pairs of shoes they didn't have.

People opened disputes to get their money back, left negatives etc, then were going mad because eBay were removing all trace of the transaction...And of course the feedback.

Anyone else and the account would have been toast.

But money talks!

buy is a big time legit company, i wonder if they sell more on ebay/amazon or their own website.
