No live chat. Now no Email??? Weird kind of customer support is that!
 
I am annoyed right now. I just got some MC letter from eb*y stating that i was i was being offensive or i used profane language against another member. When i know damn right i was not offensive with anyone. Nor did i use profane language. So i dont know what the hell they are talking about. I see there is no more live chat and now there is no email.... how the hell are you such a big business and not have email support? Does anyone know how to contact them by email somehow? I searched but i cant find it.

We all get upset..that is why we are here. Sometimes we don't realize how we sound until someone points it out. Sounds like you need to move on to a new stealth account! Learn from your mistakes, otherwise you will keep having problems. I've read that a lot on the posts from people. Don't bother creating accounts if you are not going to improve your selling habits =}

I don't mean to sound rude but you obviously did not read what i said. The only reason why i was pissed about this was because i DID NOT! use any profane language or offensive language to any of my buyers. In fact i suck up to them. So i have less chance of getting a negative feedback for dumb reasons buyers come up with. The account is not suspended or anything. It was just a warning. I just want to email them and ask them to show me what the hell i said to the buyer because i put money on it that i did not say anything offensive to any of my buyers.

Here is what we all see: what the hell is wrong with ebay, what the hell did I do. what the hell did I get that email for. what the hell did I do to that customer I kiss their butts. They better have a hell of a good way to prove what I said.

Yes exaggeration... but talking like that makes us not believe you are as nice as you portray yourself. perhaps your customers are thinking the same as we are. wrong or right if they perceive it to be irate and inappropriate then they will report you.

As for the chat, I used it 2 days ago. its harder to find but its there.

As you know you did not use bad language, it maybe worth taking it further and contacting them to see what has happened - they will look into your accounts etc., so as long as they are ok and you dont mind them having a nosey, go for it I suppose, to clear your good name.

As always, word your messages to them politely even though you will probably want to tell them a few home truths!

Ebay is not going to accuse someone and take action without some kind of proof. They are not going to take a buyer's word for it. An email must have been forwarded to Ebay or it is on a thread. Ebay only accepts emails with headers. There is more to the story...

Seriously i wouldn't be that pissed off if i was irate with one of my buyers and they reported me for it. I think the #1 on eb*y is to be nice and friendly as possible with your buyer. I follow that rule no matter how pissed off they get me. So i AM pissed that someone reported me because I CANNOT recall being rude or inappropriate with any of my buyers. Plus this account is only a MONTH OLD! i think i would remember being irate or rude to my buyers.

As for the chat, can you guide me in a direction to find it?

Well i want to see the proof. Because it was not me saying what ever i was reported for. The account is only a month old. I would remember the things i said.

Go to the top of the Ebay page to customer support then click on contact us. If you try different things you should eventually get to a chat. No one call tell you specifically what to do to reach chat. You don't always get that option.

I tried clicking all types of different topics. No chat no email. Always directs me to phone.

I had to click on several (a lot) different options before I found it. I think they are trying to get away from live chat. Can't you call?

Chat help is the easiest way to contact them. Do they really want to hear your voice and verify your info that bad?

There is the adage about waiting 24 hours before respoding to comments that upset you. I think this advice might serve you well.

If this advice upsets you, start counting.
