Hi All,

I am actually new to this forum and got the Stealth Book yesterday and it was really a useful guide to create some ebay stealth accounts :)

I have BT Home Hub in my home and wanted to change my IP address. I just reset my modem and checked in the IPBurger website and the IP got changed. But, I just want to know how to retain an IP for single User account.

Because every time I rest my home hub I get a new IP address :( and I guess it's advisable to have one single IPaddress for one user account???..???

Be thankful you have BT home hub - members of this forum would give their eye teeth for that. In the UK IP address is not so important - cookies and beacons are

The post says you can set a certain range so maybe you can set the range from 172.16.0.64 to 172.16.0.64 so it wont change.

I have not tried any of this so I dont know if it will work - worth a try if you got a few minutes spare.

OP, you don't need one IP per user account - you only need to make sure you change your IP when switching between Windows (and eb/pp) accounts.

The reset button on the home hub is very useful. ;)

Ohhh Ok I will make sure I reset my hub whenever I switch between the user accounts :clap:
