Default Haven't received payment - question

The most annoying thing about eBay is win you get charged a $1.50 to list your auction and some retard with 0 feedback doesn't pay!

On every auction I post from now on, I am going to clearly state "Payment must be received within 48 hours, or else I will re-list this item." I know you can't open an unpaid buyers claim until four days after the auction ends. Which is cool/dumb at the same time.

Instead I will go to cancel my transaction, and the reason will be "because the buyers didn't agree to terms." When you keep canceling a transaction could that eventually get your account suspended? Or can I do this over and over without any hassle from ebay?

Yes, how annoying.

There is an option so you can make it that 0 feedback buyers 'and other settings' can not buy from you - this however does lessen the selection of potential buyers.

I feel any repetitive actions will raise flags, however small.

My thoughts on the matter.

Forget "Cancelling a transaction" - I do "Unpaid claim" - serious buyers will pay up to avoid a hit.

Yes, but it takes up to days to open an unpaid claim, and if the person doesn't accept to cancel it that's another four days. -.-

Well, yeah - sadly dem's the breaks of being a seller. Not real much you can do besides trying to lower your initial listing fees.
