I am dealing with the same thing right now. In fact, I listed my first ten items, none sold, so, I have listed another ten. They are showing on my profile and not when I search for them but they have item numbers. I am not getting it.
At least you got an email to use... I have to call.
Somehow, I don't know how, they linked my account to the one that was cancelled and is a total disaster right now. I didn't use my cell to go on account, am using a different user account...
I have no clue how they connected them. If you have any insight let me know. I am not too computer saavy but there must be something I am missing. I have the book too, do you have the Stealth Book?

I actually was doing fantastic with selling something that was "branded". I was super new, mom at home, got the job from freelancer, also connected with someone selling cameras. So, I use my awesome ebay account that I have had for personal use since '04. I list the glasses and camera... the ebay account exploads and I sold over five thousand in days. I was super excited, ready to quite my job, lol. Well, all of the glasses were going where they were supposed to but they explained the branding, bad, bad, bad. Okay, so I immediately stop selling those. In the meantime, I sell the camera. Guy never shipped the camera and paypal covered the guys money being returned to him. I am just waiting for the bomb and what is going to happen. I am out alot of money because the glasses I was selling, the wholesaler stopped shipping because my account got shut down. Holy hell!
They have asked for document, ID, everything.

THE POINT: I am thinking that they have connected my new account somehow, are watching me and what I am selling. If you go on to my active selling, my ten items are there but, but click my ebay profile as a buyer and my items don't show at all. Is that a bug? I am was shocked at my mistakes and thought I had created something totally new lol. I am selling quality right now and know the difference. The other option that I can't find an answer for is that you can only list 10, whether or not they sell. So, since the first ten items I posted this month didn't sell, doesn't that mean I can't post anymore this month?

I thought if u have a spanking brand new account with ebay.com.my .. They will not allow u list on US Ebay, uk ebay, aus ebay until u have 10 positive feeedbacks?
