Default Help me understand buyer

This buyer bought an item on me on Sept 26th. Item was shipped the same day and USPS delivery confirmation page shows that the item was delivered on Sept 28th. On Oct 4th buyer leaves positive feedback but makes the following comment

"Still haven't received my item. Two and a half weeks later. Refund requested."

I was never contacted by the buyer and he has never filed a case yet.

Can anyone provide a rationale what is happening here?

I'll try...

He may have gotten you mixed up with someone else


AND

He meant that to be a negative but out of habit left a positive by accident


Or he's just another crazy buyer, Ebay has swarms of scammers

buyer must of mixed you up or meant to neg you :D

either way,at least it's not a neg

message the buyer and ask to get the feedback revised

only after you clarify that it was a mistake on the comment and not the positive

Happy to me once where a buyer left wrong feedback for me and it was for another seller. Contact buyer and hope it gets fixed.
