I got it on all of my accounts. Some of them are not even a month old with the 10/1000 limit. I didn't log into them though to try and see if I could list anything.

Not sure what the fuss is about. Its says list UP TO 1,000 items

If you are limited that UP TO means YOU. Reading to much into things.
