How to receive payments?

well, i understand that with "all access; simon gift account; epayarea; deluxe card; vanilla mastercard gift card etc" you can use it to verify ebay & paypal.
But what if i want to use them to receive payments from users? Do those prepaid cards offer an bank account too? or they are used just to pay some fees etc? can i link them with paypal and revceive payments through paypal? do those cards works at ATM's? thanks all

No you can't receive payments with those cards.

To receive payments.. I've used ready prepaid debit card, walmart prepaid cards.. not GIFT but prepaid, AccountNow is great because they give you the direct deposit information right away same with ready prepaid debit card. I've used a ton of other prepaid cards.

Walmart is the best IMO. $3 to get the card $3 a month to maintain the card unless you load $1000 a month and then it's free. Plus you can use debit or credit without any surcharges. You have to wait a week or so in order to get the direct deposit info. And you can get as many as you need in case your accounts keep getting limited. I think I've had about 5 or 6 prepaid walmart accounts.

Although if you use a regular bank account just report your card and checks as stolen and they will give you new information.

And when I suggest these prepaid cards I mean that, you can transfer money from paypal into those accounts for you to use them. You can even confirm the deposits.
