Default How do they let this guy sell?

eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace

65 ipods in a few days for 60 pound - 3 months old account. PRIVATE FEEDBACK!

When I first saw the listing he only had 16 buying feedback and feedback was not private.

Seriously, why didn't ebay take him down already? How could he even sell that much?

I see what he did now... what I don't understand is how they let him sell so much after just 3 months and no buyer feedback.

Can't fault his auction description.

The buyers might not have bothered to read it though.

Delivery time was poor. LOL.

Cant sell on ebay UK with private feedback so he's doomed

They get too excited when they see ipod at x price, and fail to read the listing properly. Much like you

I mean it's in the title and all over the listing, doesn't get any more clearer than that, lol.

Its gone now. Sure its super sleazy BUT if people think they are getting a 64 GB ipod for $90 they need the computer taken away

I'm not saying they deserve it. But they need to smarten up.....

When I get a spam for an iphone 4gs for $49 I'm more pissed knowing people will fall for it then I am at the spammer...

I think it's shady too - but people really need to learn.

A friend of mine showed me the link and asked me if it's real - I told him I wouldn't buy because the guy is only registered for 3 months and has no seller feedback.

I really do think people need to learn a lesson - at least have the decency to read the entire listing before you purchase it! That's just COMMON SENSE!

Like sergfro mentioned, I would hate to be the guy who bought 5. How does that old saying go? “Fool me once, shame on you…fool me twice shame on me”. I think we need an addendum to that statement. Fool me 5 times…Gheezzz

guys but it wont matter - as ebay favors the buyers now. they will just open cases and get their money back. I sold an item on ebay last month buyer accused me it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ( it was not). He opened a case on ebay. Without any proof ebay refunded him 40 pounds and he got to keep the item!! Now ebay is asking me to pay 150pounds of ebay fees for october. I used up stealth info so I can just tell them hell to the no! Got plenty of other accounts available
