Not a question, just a quick comment...

I got an email today asking me to fill in a questionnaire about ebay customer services and did I feel respected as a ebay seller

They're having a giraffe aren't they?

I suggest you don't respond to it if you have a stealth and its doing good, but if the stealth is gone or the account is going bad anyway then you should respond and give them a piece of your mind.

I just told them I didn't like the way buyers can pretty much do what they want in terms of blackmailing sellers with bad feedback etc whereas as sellers have no way of warning other sellers that a customer is bad.

I also said that I didn't think it was fair that the odds are stacked against new sellers because their listings are at the bottom of the pile due to little or no feedback.


Not really saying owt bad, just pointed out the obvious
