Default OK legit Paypal verified, legit eBay from '08, listing strategy?
Family members paypal and ebay account verified and linked to paypal. account created in 2008. Since this is an older account, Do i need to wait the 30 days as recommended in STEALTH. or can i start out slow immediately, maybe 1 item a week? PS the account has zero feedback. Thanks in advance for any replies.
