Paypal Limited! Ebay account ok! Selling legit items

My paypal account has been limited since the beginning of October. My ebay account is ok except that now my ebay account is on hold because I have not paid my ebay fees because paypal won't allow me to take money out.

I am a powerseller, 4 month old account, and I only sell legit items. However, all my personal contact info is bogus. Paypal is asking for 5 tracking numbers and supplier invoices. The invoices could also be drivers license, proof of identity, bank statment and a bunch of other things. I have successfully added all 5 tracking numbers which have been delivered.

Can anyone help me on what to do next regarding the invoices or alternatives? Remember my personal info for both ebay and paypal are ⊗⊗⊗⊗
