Ebay Address Verification Letter??

Almost 2 weeks ago i went to increase my selling limits on ebay,
and it said they have to send me a letter to my address on file,

My question is how long does this generally take?? Do they only send these out once a month?
It is rather frustrating waiting so long for something like this?

Only a few days normally.

I assume you do have access to the address and not the case that the 'homeowner' has had it and returned it?
