wow i would do my bet to get that turd suspended if he would write something like that to me.

2eXclusiive 05-14-2008 02:24 PM

foward the email to ebay, and lets see how quick he gets taken down.
but ebay is 80% of the time on the buyers time, because they give ebay business if you think about it.

Lisa B 05-14-2008 02:52 PM

Nothing will happen to that lousy creep!
I don't even know what I'd do if I had (or when) a Buyer pulls a stunt like that on me.
I would be FURIOUS!

twdell 05-14-2008 03:08 PM

i usually forward those type of emails to ebay. especially ones that use blackmail.

doughboykilla 05-14-2008 03:13 PM

also file this crook as a non payer as well even if he did pay through paypal

2eXclusiive 05-14-2008 03:15 PM

i remmember i read in a ebook i bought, and it tells you exactly how to get a buyer or seller suspended, genius, so simple yet i never thought of it, i would honestly use that info. i learned and take him down.

mantisinc 05-16-2008 05:52 AM

Ah, I knew this would come. Buyers are clearly going to use it their advantage.

There again, us seller could reciprocate and say, you may be able to neg me, but I have your home adress ;)

2eXclusiive 05-16-2008 01:41 PM

mantisnic - lmao, but also if this does happen to you and you dont want a neg. you can get it deleted, by going to squaretrade.com and paying them $40.00 to investigate it and help you get rid of the neg.

Not anymore starting Monday.

GreenBean 05-16-2008 03:56 PM

IJM is correct. Square trade has been suspended. LOL. No more.

2eXclusiive 05-16-2008 08:14 PM

why what happened?

GreenBean 05-16-2008 08:47 PM

In less than 1000 words, ebay made the announcement at the start of this month. 5/12 was the last day for square trade. If you had never used them, you might not have got their ever so {not} friendly email to advise you. Kinda of a follow on from the feedback changes started in January.

2eXclusiive 05-16-2008 08:48 PM

oh wow that sucks for all the sellers out there who are/will get blackmailed by the buyers.

mantisinc 05-17-2008 10:33 AM

It's going to be a rough ride.

Although, it's just as easy to send the lads round as leaving a neg :D

2eXclusiive 05-17-2008 11:46 AM

what about if you leave them a neg. first, can they still turn around and leave you a neg.?

mantisinc 05-17-2008 12:33 PM

Er, sellers will only be able to leave positive...

2eXclusiive 05-17-2008 12:41 PM

=O
that is so retarded, ebay wants to make the buyers happy 100%, because if you think about it they give ebay the business, if there was no buyers the sellers wouldn't matter.

imjustme 05-17-2008 01:15 PM

Isn't it awesome? Now a buyer that pays, gets the item and does a chargeback through his bank will have 100% positive feedback and won't ever be caught. I'm thinking I should change from seller to buyer and make money that way. eBay is becoming a paradise for fraudulent buyers now!

2eXclusiive 05-17-2008 01:40 PM

imjustme - hmm you might be on to something ;)

imjustme 05-17-2008 02:01 PM

And once I've defrauded enough sellers, eBay will re-introduce the feedback option for sellers. Awesome isn't it?

2eXclusiive 05-17-2008 03:46 PM

ebay doesnt care about sellers, they never did, never will,

sellers depend on ebay
ebay depends on buyers

yogarelax 05-17-2008 04:47 PM

I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer... BUT, it seems to me that "fradulent" mean, bad sellers are going to have heyday. I think I would be scared spitless if I sold high dollar items, or actually, a buyer could just buy a HUGE amount of toys, make-up, etc. & end up getting them free!!!
Oh my gosh... I don`t think ebay has thought this one through!!
Or they are going to become REAL familiar with each state`s Attorney General.
