Feedback extortion / extortions are already starting...
 

This buyer is obviously stupid, but it's just an example of what is to come. He ordered 2 shirts, both in size XL. Then he claims its not a true size XL, but more like a size S (small). Yeah right. On top, I even had the exact measurements in the listing. I offered him a refund if he sent it back. Guess what he responded with?

Like I said, he's obviously stupid because I can neg him (and likely will) on the 17th. But that's a clear example of what is to come.

Sure not. His communication is all over email. Looks like now I will lose the money AND the item. Unless he makes a PayPal dispute on the basis that he never received it. Then I can show with the tracking that it was delivered.

What do you mean the "no neg policy," does not apply to all sellers.

You mean PowerSellers are excluded, right? Not everyone is a PowerSeller, though.

I wonder if you can still put "BAD BUYER" in a positive comment. Or will eBay remove that too?

i thought i read somewhere that sellers can still leave neutral feedbacks. i could be wrong though.

That's interesting. Now that you mention it, eBay did says they will remove negative feedback. But they said nothing about neutral. I guess neutral is the new negative now.

imjustme, if you are in Japan, which I assume, and you've purchased the shirts there, which I assume you did, then the buyer may be correct. Japanese XL is like American Med. Japanese S like American baby sized. In any case, I would take it like a man. Tell him to send shirts back and credit him for shipping + refund. If he doesnt, tell him to freak off and take ur negative like a man, then report it to ebay. I forgot how I got there, but you can report undeserved negatives to ebay for removal consideration. If that don't work, so be it. At least you stood up for yourself. Thats what I would do.

By the way, I just got 2 buyers who left me negatives to do a mutual withdrawal after I promised to refund their money. Well they did but I am considering to NOT refund their money. What can they do? I think they are too noob to do a dispute with paypal and I have no active listings for them to report me now.

Get your $$$ out of PP B4 they do a claim.

lol me too. Well since I got his info I would call strippers and escorts to his house every day for 2 weeks. Save the email and forward it to ebay in case they give you negative. I know for sure they have a feedback withdrawal thing as I have tried it but mine expired.

I am ( or was ) not a negative type leaving person but for these two cases mentioned above, you bet your butt the negs would be already a done deal.
Different color vanilia, give me a break. Ask the stupid ass if you now have to put in the ad that the color may vary depending on how blind and or stupid you are.
