 sold laptop - shows up as delivered buyer says not received!! What do i do??
I sold a macbook pro laptop $800 value to someone on ebay and I have tracked the package and it says it is delivered (I only used delivery confirmation). The buyer now messages me 1 1/2 day later saying he "never received it". What can I do as I have a BIG FEELING he is trying to scam me and say he has not received it at all. I have filed a claim with the USPS to check if it has been delivered. Will the buyer win if try to dispute it with paypal or ebay?? PLEASE HELP!!
