To be blunt, if you need to ask the question, too risky.

It appears you are not aware of basic stealth procedures.

Such transactions could be fatal to two accounts.

Now by way of introduction tell us why you are thinking of this

lol, why give them more in fees with stuff like that. Drive, walk, or take the bus to any bank and open bank accounts.

huh well i thought since the two accts aren't linked, using BIN on myself would be the safest measure
in that case, does auction style make it any safer?

Welcome to the forums - all the best as you get your answer. You want to minimize the interactions of these accounts.

Are you going to be another noob who just wants to do silly things because you want to do silly things?

OK, then. Tell us what you will do to do to make this work?

Open up some bank accounts and withdraw with that. There is many banks that dont use check systems if you have a bad rep with banks.

1 bank account to 1 paypal account. It seems you have 2 paypal accounts. Open 2 new bank accounts at your bank.

**withdraw money to bank account, send money on things

You are already giving them around 13% in fees, why do you want to double that and give them any more. Plus like other people have said, limit any transaction between two stealth accounts. They might get linked in the future and your toast with 2 less accounts. But go ahead, do what ever the hell you want.

Even if you don't get limited, the fees will make it pointless.

I'm in the u.k and do it for a couple of reason, one sinister, one not.

it can be very profitable.

There are many reasons for doing this but the advise has to be that if you MUST do this ensure that what you are buying is a commonly repeated purchase and you are only one of many purchasers

Paypal and Ebay may be idiots but they are not your idiots and have seen it all before

Well, there's the 'Risk' that we all take everyday just by simply logging on to Ebay. Secondly, I have to strongly agree with Yotano211 above..., whether you sell high end or lower end merchandise, you still have to pay the BIN fees or % depending what you sell, how much you ask, and buy from yourself.
Having said that, you will have 2 seller accounts on the 15th of each month with double fees to pay. Why do that?

I don't know if the BIN option falls under SHILL bidding, but keep that in mind too.

Good Luck!

well i mean they have different IPs and addresses so can ebay actually on the risk of reversing a possibly legitimate transaction? also i dont know if it matters, but its only about 100 dollars its not these 2k, 3k transactions i see people talking about on the forums
EDIT:also i have my personal reasons for using this method as i am well aware of the fees but from my perspective it would be worth it

Like he said, there is ways to get money from one paypal to another paypal and bypass ebay all together. There is free websites out there that you can buy from yourself.

You will just pay paypal fees, 2.9% and 29 cents, unless it increased and I don't about it.

I have done this to add quick funds to an account. I opened a ioffer account listed items, sold to myself and in about a month requested cancellation. Got fees back. Worked ok..

Was a one time thing though....

The free way, once of twice sure, but too many times and that account is toast.

The traditional way, you pay 24% or so in total fees :>.... I prefer off ebay sales.
