What do you mean they are going to change the feedback in late August? What are the going to do in order to change it?

They will get rid of neutrals. Buyer can only leave negative or positive. However, sellers can still only leave positive.

not much oif a change. They are not getting rid of neutrals but they are making the neutrals NON effective towards your %'s??
