They're going to BS you about a ticket until you're past the 30 day return period... and if you are past the 30 day return period already, keep escalating it up through managers until they make it happen. Your product doesn't work.

They will NOT be able to fix it, I guarantee it.

i will definitely do what you are saying. $50/month isn't chump change. in the meantime i will just copy the link to my other computer to print out the labels. i don't think it will be a linking problem because the site is a pitney bowes site. what do you think?

If the labels are printed from pitney bowes, and no connection is made to paypal, you're probably fine.

Unless Verizon or Samsung R&D departments come rushing over to your home to solve this issue, you have no choice but to return this. The n00b customer service rep sounds like she/he was literally pulling at whatever BS they could search for on Google.

First Edition is right. Also, the reason why I stressed the browser issue is that Chrome causes this exact same issue with the time out/no server response on all of my internet connections.

Coincidentally, I recently trained someone in stea.lth who is using the JetPack and has not brought up any label printing issues. Have you tried using other laptops/desktops as well and making sure they are clear of all cookies, history, flash, etc and then tried to print labels?

you definitely can get an exchange. I had my usb modern for almost one year and I was able to return it for a jetpack. Make sure they dont transfer you to tech support because they will not exchange anything for you, if you feel like the customer service rep is giving you hard time just hang up keep calling til you find a nice one. Thats what i did for my free jetpack which is useless too

Go to the store.... go to a verizon owned retail store (not a dealer) and demand it to be replaced at no cost because it doesn't work... if the rep doesn't do it, escalate to a manager, if the manager doesn't replace, escalate to the regional manager, if no help, escalate to the vp of the region.

If you don't do exactly what I'm telling you, you're going to give yourself a headache.

it seems like att hotspot isnt working well, i keep on getting the ip thats been used already according to ip manager

it seems as though (for no reason) since I talked to verizon I can now print labels via my jetpack. insane
