Do I do a cc cleaner and just make sure I have a new ip address?

Do I have to buy before I sell?

How do I handle the whole paypal thing. I have read mixed reviews about joining the two. My previous account was brand new paypal brand new ebay and lasted well over a year so I am not sure how to handle that part either.

Advice is much appreciated and will be followed.

create a new user account for each eb account. never share the same ip between 2 accounts. aging a new account never hurts. new paypal, new name, new address, new everything. no linkage wanted between any accounts

You should 'surf' thro ebay. Look at listings. Play the new user.

As well as following rabbit's advice, have an excel sheet with all your info.

Sell an item or 2. But dont go selling an iphone the first day.

Maybe some headphones or a spare controller. Then slowly increase.
