If you go to ioffer you're going to get demolished by idiots attempting to sell stuff at close to wholesale prices. Good for buyers. Awful for sellers. Each seller is dumber than the next trying to undercut each other to get what few scraps they can.

ioffer is horrible when your a seller unless your buying stuff to resell, I thought amazon was good but it turns out they are just like ebay/paypal in my experience...probably your own website + adwords is the best way to atleast stay in business...

Your own website is the best. However if these other sites are giving free listings and less fvf, why not?

Plus, they give you extra exposure on google base.

One thing that most people don't consider is using the alternate market sites as link dumps for your site and the pages on your site you want to rank. It may be against their policies but so what? are you going cry about losing your "Plunderhere" account?

Oh, Boo Hoo Hoo, damn, you mean I can't sell on Plunderhere anymore, I'm crushed!!!, Crushed I tell you!

Depending on your niche, a few external links can put your site pages on the top of the Google serps.

Depending on the legality and type of your item, ecrater.com has generated the 2nd most number of sales for me. About 40% of ebay and slowly climbing each month. You item shows up on the google shopping and search pages. Google is the only other place that can let huge numbers of buyers find you.

iOffer is horibble as a buyer. I hate how they hide the neautral & negative ratings in the middle of a sellers feedback. It puts all positive first, then the non-completed, then the negative. Sure it shows in a summary at the top but you have to search forever to find out why the seller got a negative. Plus sellers aren't held to any standards really.

True. People don't usually get banned unless they are non payers or a guy doesn't ship out anything he sales. But buyers and sales are there. I list on 3 other sites that aren't ebay and I do the best on ioffer.
