OK I am going stealth with a new Israel account so here is the plan:
1. Create new PC user
2. Call ISP to change Static IP
3. Create a new Name (like Arial Torner instead of Ariel Turner) and Email Address
4. Obtain a P.O. Box at the nearest post office
5. Obtain a virtual phone number
6. Obtain a virtual Bank account & Credit Card
Now I have these issues:
- eBay doesn't like P.O. Boxes as the address so that will influence my trust score or whatever they call it. Also, when they ask for a bank statement or other documents then the address won't match the address I registered with (the P.O. Box) so I can't verify my address
- How do I know which VBA and VCC services are banned by eBay?
- If they ask for documents to prove my identity (ID and stuff) then is it worth the effort trying to "supply" them or is it inb4 a goner?
