Here's another tip:

You can use entropay on Israeli PayPal and it will not get your account limited (you shouldn't withdraw money to it however - that will get you limited).

In that way I was able to make as many accounts as I want with very little cost, I tried a lot of different ways to upload listings until I found one that worked and kept making accounts like that.

I thought ebay banned entropay are you sure I can use it?

This is what it cost me to set up the account:
- SIM card 40 NIS ($10)
- Prepaid reloadable credit card - 40 NIS ($10)

Is this what it costs you to set up a stealth account?

do you use a different address for each of your accounts or you just misspelled your real address differently with every account you opened? or you just use a P.O. box?

I use a completely made up address for each account, I check the zip code corresponds to the street address and that it actually exists but that's about it.

You should separate ebay and paypal here - you do not use entropay with ebay but with paypal, entropay is banned for some countries but works for others. You can verify your account with entropay without any problem.

I also never bothered buying a SIM card - I get a free phone number + forwarding to my cell phone when I upload an ad to yad2.

I didn't know these two things about the address and phone number it sounds much easier to start another stealth account now :D

I had a little issue at the post office they said I can only have one prepaid visa at a time on my name, so if I wanted to open another stealth account I'd need to cancel my current card and then buy a new one, what do I do?

You can have 2 - are you sure you bought the reloadable USD visa?

You can just ask a family member/friend to buy one for you.

The visa I used with the 2 suspended accounts I bought myself but the one I used to register the new stealth account my mom bought for me

what if I want 20 accounts like you have do I need 20 friends/family members??

Ok I have listed the first item last week and today I listed a new BIN item and I haven't had any problems can I keep listing or should I wait for someone to buy one of the two items I already listed?

If I start another 3-4 stealth accounts and I list EXACTLY the same items (no high-risk/VERO items) I mean, exactly the same HTML code in the description, exactly the same Item Specifics, same titles, same prices
Is tere any way that they can do the link?

a buyer purchased a $3 auction item from me but he hasn't completed checkout/payment
So I sent him an invoice and then he marked the item as "payment sent"
If I mark the item as "payment received" on my side, ship the item and leave feedback, while the "checkout complete" button is still grayed out, how does ebay see it?
