Default Unpaid Item Cases

Recently a buyer had a unpaid item case opened against them for not paying for some of my items, they then decided it would be nice to send me an abusive email, saying how i dont know how selling works etc.. because i didnt email them to tell them this would happen.
Even though i have it stated in ALL my listings, that this will happen.

So now i have 6 buyers who are about to have the same thing happen to them.
To avoid any abuse or negativity i am wanting to email and remind them this is going to happen, but i feel i could get the abuse anyway for harassing them for payment, so this is ending in a catch22 situation?

What to do...what to do

Also, any idea's How to ask for payment when this happens, without sounding rude, or like you are harassing or begging them?

Don't bother - I slap a Payment not received on them after 7 days - complain all they like. The deal is I sell and pay listing fee and FVF and they pay for the item they won.

Most pay up pronto. I did have one complain once and I just said if you wanted more time you should have contacted me

Ebay has little tolerance for non paying bidders

WOW GT your generous, I put my at 4 days open a case and 3 days to close it. And just move on.

If they leave a negative remark just show ebay the nasty email and your feedback will most likely get removed.
