Well I called eBay and they advised me saying all below standard accounts will be manually reviewed within the 20th-23rd. My % is 2.42% is so close to 2.40..... He said I will be more than likely for them to remove the below standard..

You are not in touch with this game are you?

Instead of telling us what ebay said they might do, you should be telling us you are FIGHTING hard to keep the account.

The best and possibly only way to save this account from being limited or suspended is to sell as many items with free shipping as possible before the next review date. And be sure that the buyers will leave you feedback for the items because then you'll get automated 5 star free shipping DSR. Sell as many as you can even if it means not making a profit.

That's my suggestion. I've done it before and it worked.
