Buyer demand a refund after 60 days
 

Hello everyone
I sent a 120$ package without tracking about 68 days ago, the buyer said he did not receive the product. If I don't send him the money what can possibly happen? The 45 day protection has expired and he can't leave me a neg, I don't really believe him, but I did said "I will refund you", can I just not refund him and nothing will happen?

Some people can do a chargeback with a credit card which is around 100-120 days after the transaction -.-

Except that chargeback, anything eBay/pp can do to me or they will just deny his request unless he chargeback from the CC company?

Since you agreed to the refund, eBay MAY side with him if he opens a complaint. Did you have any type of tracking to show proof of delivery? Why did you agree to the refund?

Also, the buyer COULD do a chargeback anytime up to 180 days after the purchase. In the case of a chargeback the decison is NOT made by eBay/PayPal, it is made by the buyer's credit card company. They almost ALWAYS side with their customers.

Yeah I know, I believe odds are small he had that amount in his pp balance, he has 4 fb and never sold item before. If he had that money in his balance, does it means he has much less chance to get the mony back?
He sends a message, then disappears for 10 days, and then come back again... Has anyone here experienced a buyer that just gave up for the refund or they always do that chargeback?! I know that after 60 days he can't even pm me, is that so?

You did agree with the refund - meaning you did agree that you did not ship the item.
Find a way to refund that buyer and stay out of trouble | OR | raise your hand and make a wish that that buyer will disappear again - but forever this time.

I don't believe him because suddenly he says after almost 2 months he did not receive the product after he sees I have a feedback says "Did not get the product. full refund given. 5/5" He just jumps on it! If that would be true he wouldn't disappear like that. I will offer him just $80 out of the $119 to see if he accepts that, then I know he lied, fair right?
I gained 30+ fb with my supplier. How can I use a receipt of delivery? It's sucks because my supplier won't take it on himself so that transaction costs me $190 if I refund him.

Sorry to hear it man. I recently had a buyer who made a chargeback 170 days after his purchase. He did not even send me a message on ebay or email. I just got informed by paypal he has filed for a chargeback and they refunded him $200. They took it away from my paypal account. I did not check that stealth email in the meanwhile as I did not sell anything on it in the past 4 months so I could not even respond in time. I basically lost $200

This is why I love having all my stealth emails on my phone.
