Buyer demand a refund after 60 days
Hello everyone
I sent a 120$ package without tracking about 68 days ago, the buyer said he did not receive the product. If I don't send him the money what can possibly happen? The 45 day protection has expired and he can't leave me a neg, I don't really believe him, but I did said "I will refund you", can I just not refund him and nothing will happen?
