I bought an stealth account with a stealth address that is from Texas and I live in Florida I plan to ship my products using the ebay- tracking printing feature. My question is If I can ship my items using the stealthTexas address and use the postal service. My items are always the same stuff they weight the same and the cost of shipping is the same so no problem in that. I just want to keep my stealth level high and make as few changes to the account as possible. Do you think it will rise a red flag if I send stuff from Florida using a Texas address?
When you ship items there is an option to provide ship from zipcode which is different than the return address zipcode. I think its on the edit address box in the label area. I have done that dozens of times with no complaints from eb/pp or USPS.

It was 2 sellers, the first one is gone from here now. The 2nd one I already tried to contact because he used a forwarding phone number and pulled one that was linked to burned eb account, instant limit that I couldn't talk away, he blamed it on me then broke contact.

I would not do it on a brand new account but people move all the time.

Might be an option for you.
As long as the address is changed before listing items it doesn't cause a problem. Listing an item sometimes triggers a review, then they notice the address is invalid when reviewing the account.

Dont give them any reason to review the account.
People move all the time and I have changed address on hundreds of account over the years and never one single address change cause be an issue.
To keep the paypal deposits safe 
and make as few changes to the account as possible. Do you think it will rise a red flag
