eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - got scammed.. need your help :(

I have heard of paypal siding with seller once a police report was filed. it gives extra 3rd party credibility and lets face it a lying seller would probably not take that step.

Aye, one of our subscribers had success within the past month.

got my refund today :) i received an email saying that my report is approved by police department yesterday and and i faxed the receipt to ebay and they just issued a refund. i wanna see the guy's face who failed to rip me off xD

What was the buyer like as well, obviously not exact details but his feedback, was the address dodgy etc?
