If you buy something the seller will usually leave you feedback...which adds to your feedback score.
Seller feedback is what's important though. If you plan on selling with the account, then having tons of buyer feedback only doesn't really mean anything
If you want to build feedback do it by selling. Buyers aren't dumb and only care really of your selling feedback. I know you might want to the fastest method but really just put some solid work into your business.
I buy things cheap, on sale, that I know I will lose a few bucks on to start new accounts.....example paid 12.99 for some logitech mice and im selling them at 10.99, plus 3.99 for shipping. so afte fees and shipping im losing a few bucks but i consider it the price of whats to come
It does help in a sense. I usually when I start a stealth account buy several cheap items before over a month or two before I even attempt to sell anything. Obviously the larger ticket items and selling more and more items all calculate into eBay's risk formula.
