All my items got VERO'ED
 

Im not allowed to sell in my favorite category anymore because i got vero=ed/ i should have freaking known better. This was on my good standing personal 100 percent feedback account. SuckS. I bought the stuff off ebay in the first the place! man im dumb! I also found a stellar way to get all the marks out today as well. I was talking with my supplier and he said that he can have the product produced without the logo on it! Probably wouldnt sell as well but will still probably get sales. What do you all think i should do at this point?

Do you think ebay would let me sell again in that category if i phoned them and told them i thought they were coming from the retailers factory but I talked with the suppliers and I can get the item w/0 the logo on it, and ask if they will let me sell in that category again w/0 the logos???

My experience with eBay support shows that they want LEGAL proof every transaction and that they are not very forgiving.

If you try giving a call, they might try to have you give them the name of your supplier or have you fax them an invoice so that they can blacklist that supplier if someone else has given them an invoice from that exact company, llc, etc.

I suggest you give them a call and tell them that you got a NEW supplier and that your old supplier had been lying about product authenticity, and when you brought it up, they changed addresses, phone numbers etc.

In order for you not to loose that account, I suggest that when mentioning a NEW supplier, you indicate that it is NOT the same exact product, and that they are not name brand.

If possible, send (fax) eBay an invoice from this supplier (completely legal) and they might reinstate your accounts selling abilities.

The answer would be a definite no, eBay are not concerned where you thought they were coming from. Don't even go there with the logo removal idea, they won't buy it.

what do you mean by legal proof every transaction, all my previous sales of this item i would have to prove authenticity as well?

crap crap crap. What if i listed in another category with all the logos removed and cleaned up.

I hope you realize that it wasn't ebay who veroed you. You can sell your items even if they are veroed.

1. you cannot use branded company name again or you will get veroed again and then suspended

2. you cannot show any logo of this branded compnay in your listing, especially on your main image.

Otherwise you can sell.

Also this has nothing to do with category .... Bots look at a branded name itself and if these weren't bots and it was manually reviewed than it was still thanks to your branded name that flagged your listing in the first place. You can list the same item in the same category as long as you don't show logo and do not use their company name.

You are not allowed to use apple LOGO! You can still sell the case but you cannot show it on your listing.

Basically you are infringing their trademark. You use their company's logo to your own advantage. you are trying to pass your OEM product as if it was product of apple company.

eBay is so full of ****. I have no words anymore. Can't wait till Google shopping is going to take over eBay and Amazon together.
