Well they don't quite disappear if someone was to scroll through the feedbacks, but they won't be counted against your feedback and DSR scores after the 12 months.

Negatives definitely fall off of your % after a year but they will stay on your list.

Yes but they still affect your DSR's even if they don't show anymore. My account was suspended for low DSR's and now 12 months down the line ebay tell me that I'll never be able to sell again even though at glance my account is in good standing! and here was me thinking once they dropped off I'd be able to sell again...... :o(

ebay claims they fall off and should have no effect.

This is not always the case.

Have x2 accounts, one USA & one UK, where 14 months after all of the 'troubles' supposedly were gone, these accounts were zapped.

Case by case determination.

Would concur with GB above.

Technically they do not count against your DSR scores after 12 months, however e/b never discount any 'black' marks on your account when assessing whether they wish to continue to do business with you should a further transgression occur.

Does anyone know if you get a negative feedback revised to positive or neutral, will the low DSR ding also be removed or revised and taken off of your percentage count for the evaluations?
